Thermo Fisher Launches Vitiligo Registry to Strengthen Real-World Evidence

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched the PPD™ CorEvitas™ Vitiligo Registry, a prospective clinical registry designed to generate long-term real-world evidence on nonsegmental vitiligo (NSV). The U.S.-based registry will follow adolescents aged 12 and older and adults with dermatologist-confirmed NSV to evaluate treatment outcomes in routine clinical practice.

Tracking Treatment Outcomes Over Time

The registry will collect longitudinal data on treatment effectiveness, disease progression, treatment patterns, disease burden and comorbidities. It will also capture both clinician-reported and patient-reported outcomes, providing a broader view of how vitiligo and its treatments affect patients.

Although treatment options for NSV continue to expand, gaps remain in understanding long-term effectiveness, durability of treatment response and treatment sequencing.
