- Application: Myristicin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in the following:Leaf extracts of parsley, dill, and celery grown in microwave fields using high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC).[1]Rat urine samples using gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[3]Human serum samples using gas chromatography (GC) with flame ionization detection (FID).[2]
