Description

  • General description: Amberlite™ IRA-900 chloride form is a macroporous, polystyrenic type 1 resin.[1] This resin was found to catalyze the photodecomposition of carbon tetrachloride in ethanol.[2]
  • Application: Amberlite™ IRA-900 modified with metallophthalocyanines was used to remove 4-nitorphenol.[3]
  • Features and Benefits: Strongly basic, macroreticular resin of moderately high porosity with benzyltrialkylammonium functionality which is useful in decolorizing and removal of organic materials.
