- General description: 2-NP-AHD belongs to the class of nitrofurans (NFs), a series of synthetic broad spectrum antibiotics, used for veterinary applications.[1][2]
- Application: 2-NP-AHD may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in shrimp[2] and aquatic products[1] using ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)[1] and liquid chromatography(LC)[2] coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS).
