Aldrich® cuvette washer and drier

• General description: All-glass washing, rinsing, and drying apparatus. 24/40 joint. Order filter flask, Z174815 separately.Basic Instructions:1. Assemble washer/drier to filter flask and clamp apparatus to prevent movement during use.2. Connect filter flask to house vacuum or to solvent collection trap with hose if needed to waste drain solvent during use.3. Turn stopcock on flask to open top arm of filter flask to vacuum source.4. Place cuvette open side down on rubber gasket, vacuum will hold it in place during washing.5. Fill side reservoir on washer with solvent to wash. Repeat as necessary.6. Maintain vacuum until cuvette is dry.7. Remove cuvette from washer.8. Turn stopcock on flask to open vertical arm of filter flask to drain waste solvent in flask to trap.9. Turn off house vacuum when finished.
