Physicochemical properties of organic solvents in nanoparticle synthesis: Fromme et al. studied the impact of organic solvents, such as n-Pentane, on gas and hydrogen formation during laser synthesis of gold nanoparticles, highlighting its application in materials science (Fromme T, Tintrop LK, Reichenberger S, Schmidt TC, Barcikowski S, 2023).
