• General description: This microbial genomic DNA standard is a reference material (RM) that consists of four vials. The genomic DNA is extracted from cell cultures. Each vial contains approximately 2 µg of microbial genomic DNA in TE buffer (10 mM TRIS, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0).
