It is abundantly available in human dietary sources such as fruits, vegetables, etc. and is widely used in herbal medicines, owing to its remedial properties.[1][2]
- Application: Galangin may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in raw propolis collected by honeybees (Apis mellifica L.) and in the extracts of grape wine by chromatographic[3] and colorimetric[4] techniques.
