UR-144 5-Hydroxypentyl metabolite is a primary urinary metabolite of UR-144, a third generation synthetic cannabinoid that has seen wide popularity in illicit drug markets since late 2012. This biomarker is also referred to as the terminal omega hydroxyl metabolite of UR-144.
