- The Gypsy Moth Diet is available with agar included, packaged separately or omitted completely
- Methyl paraben and sorbic acid added as preservatives
- For complete diet composition, please see the Product Datasheet Recommended Use: Add 60 grams of Agar to approximately 3.6 liters of distilled water
- Bring to a boil
- Allow to dissolve
- Add 664 grams of Gypsy Moth Diet to the boiling Agar solution
- Add water if necessary to bring to volume
- Add antimicrobial agents at this point if desired
- Mix the formulation well in a large blender before dispensing into rearing containers.
