  • Applications Reported: Mouse IgG1 K Isotype Control eFluor® 615 has been reported for use in immunocytochemical (ICC) and immunohistochemical (IHC-P) staining
  • Applications Tested: This Mouse IgG1, K Isotype Control eFluor® 615 has been tested by immunocytochemistry on fixed and permeabilized MDCK cells and by immunohistochemistry (IHC-P) on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded human brain tissue
  • Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody
  • Filter Recommendation: When using this eFluor® 615 antibody conjugate, we recommend a filter that will capture the 615 emission wavelength
  • A standard Alexa Fluor® 594 filter is acceptable
  • Excitation: 595 nm; Emission: 615 nm
  • Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered
  • Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
