Description

  • MA5-18096 is negative on all human cells and cell lines tested
  • This antibody recognizes a rat cell surface marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in this species
  • Test results have shown that MA5-18096 is also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine and guinea-pig tissues
  • For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
  • Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen
  • It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response
  • Mouse IgG1 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
  • It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation
