- PA5-33203 has been tested and found to be negative on the following rat tissues - peripheral blood leucocytes, thymocytes, splenocytes and macrophages
- PA5-33203 recognizes the human CD45RA antigen, and therefore human leucocytes may be used as a positive control for this product
- This antibody is not suitable for use as a negative control on human tissues
- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water
- After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark
- Once reconstituted, this product has a shelf life of approx

- For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL
