  • Features • Helps to eliminate post-use cleaning steps required with reusable containers, and to reduce cross-contamination risks • Constructed in an ISO 7 clean room under cGMP conditions Applications • Harvesting from, feeding into, and collecting samples from bioreactors and fermenters • Preparing and storing buffer, culture media, and process liquids • Collecting chromatography feeds and fractions • Harvesting, storing, and transporting bulk drug product and drug precursors Customize standard BPC systems for optimized single-use technology Choose from the industry’s largest component library, with over 2,000 unique components that include: • Fittings—straight, reducing, elbow, T-style, X-style, cross-style • Connectors—quick connectors/disconnectors, aseptic connectors and disconnectors, steam-to and steam-through connectors • Filters (used for bioburden reduction )—sterilization grade filters, vent filters • Tubing—thermoplastic elastomers, platinum-cured silicone • Sample ports—septum-style ports, needle-free ports • Clamps—sliders, pinch clamps, crimp bands BPC port specifications: • Line 1 : Luer lock insert connection with 4.8 mm (3/16 in.) barb, cap, slide clamp, and 4.8 x 4.1 mm (3/16 x 5/32 in.) reducer
