Description

• General description: Methylsulfonylmethane is the oxidized form of dimethyl sulfoxide, generally occurring in green plants, fruits and vegetables.[1] Methylsulfonylmethane can find applications as a solvent to dissolve a wide range of solutes and is also generally used for high temperature reactions. It exhibits pharmacological properties and is reported to reduce peripheral pain, inflammation and arthritis condition.[1]

These are suitable for use in several analytical applications including but not limited to pharma release testing, pharma method development for qualitative and quantitative analyses, food and beverage quality control testing, and other calibration requirements.
