- In addition, GeneBLAzer™ M4 Gqo5-NFAT- bla CHO-K1 cells have been tested for assay performance under variable conditions

- The clinical implications of the M4 receptor are unknown, however studies with knockout mice suggest that M4 may have implications in dopaminergic function, karatinocyte migration and wound healing, anxiolysis, and analgesia
