Description
- It is designed to increase the dynamic range of the side-scatter detection without sacrificing resolution of the detector
- The use of this 488/10 side scatter filter combined with ultra-filtering of the focusing fluid has been found to dramatically decrease background noise and enable discrimination of 100-nm particles
- Easy to use This filter is easily swapped for the standard side-scatter filter
- It cannot be installed the wrong way because the optical block is keyed to accept only one orientation of the filter blade
- The filter also has a color-coded label to help identify the correct position.
