  • General description: Cell Freezing Medium-Glycerol 1× is designed to protect and preserve cells during frozen storage. It is recommended for the cryopreservation of cells.
  • Application: Cell Freezing Medium-Glycerol 1× has been used for cryopreservation of honey bee semen,[1] dispersed blastomeres, and whole blastoderms.[2]
  • Other Notes: Complete ready-to-use medium. Proprietary formulation containing Minimum Essential Medium, glycerol, calf serum and fetal bovine serum.
