Contact your local sales rep for more details.Human Umbilical Artery Endothelial Cells (HUAEC) establish a solid platform for drug discovery, and studies related to tissue regeneration and atherosclerosis. Endothelial cells play critical roles in vascular homeostasis and vessel wall tone. In addition, they participate in platelet aggregation and coagulation. HUAEC also influence lymphocyte activation and chmoattractant activity.

• Application: fluid filtration, blood vessel tone, hemostasis, neutrophil recruitment, hormone trafficking, angiogenesis, vasoconstriction, vasodilation, blood pressure control, cell proliferation, migration, endothelial cell-dependent lymphocyte activation, chemoattractant activity, coagulation activation and inhibition
• Components: Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO
• Preparation Note: 2nd passage, >500,000 cells in Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSOCan be cultured at least 15 doublings
