Contact your local sales rep for more details.Human Osteoblasts-Rheumatoid Arthritis, HOb-RA, are isolated from bone of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and provide an excellent model system to study the patophisiology of that disease in vitro, including matrix mineralization, effects of inflammatory mediators and bone morphogenic proteins, physiological control of bone remodeling and regulation of bone metabolism.Characterization: Positive for bone mineralization.
  • Cell Line Origin: Bone
  • Application: model system to study the pathophisiology of rheumatoid arthritis, matrix mineralization, effects of inflammatory mediators, bone morphogenic proteins, bone remodeling and metabolism
  • Components: Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSO
  • Preparation Note: 2nd passage, >500,000 cells in Basal Medium containing 10% FBS & 10% DMSOCan be cultured at least 10 doublings
  • Subculture Routine: Please refer to the HOb-RA Culture Protocol.
