  • Application: (1R)-(+)-Camphor has been used as a standard during the enantioselective gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of the constituents of Achillea ligustica essential oil.[1]It may also be used to synthesize:{N,N′-bis[(1R,2R,4R)-1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-yl]-1,2-ethanediamine}, a C2-symmetrical diamine[2]chiral oxazaborolidines[3](-)-(1R,2R)-1,2-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethylnorbornane[4]
