  • Application: The chemically synthesized ageladine A-derivative LysoGlow84 stains lysosomes in viable mammalian brain cells and specific structures in the marine flatworm Macrostomum lignano.: This research highlights the use of a manganese-based synthetic derivative, LysoGlow84, which effectively stains lysosomes in mammalian brain cells and certain marine flatworms. The study underscores its significance in cellular biology and molecular imaging, providing a tool for detailed lysosomal studies in diverse biological systems (Mordhorst et al., 2015).
