Mammalian Reoviruses: Propagation, Quantification, and Storage.: Cesium chloride is used in this study to facilitate the propagation, quantification, and storage of mammalian reoviruses, contributing to better handling and study of these viruses in research settings. Large-scale purification of functional AAV particles packaging the full genome using short-term ultracentrifugation with a zonal rotor.: This paper discusses the large-scale purification of adeno-associated virus particles using cesium chloride in ultracentrifugation, which is crucial for gene therapy applications.
