- The Supelco β-DEX 225 is a modified form of the β-DEX 325 phase, and employs acetyl derivatives at the 2,3-positions instead of more traditional methyl derivatives
- The chiral stationary phase in β-DEX 225 columns contains 2,3-di-O-acetyl-6-0-TBDMS-β-cyclodextrin embedded in an intermediate polarity phase
