- The INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit is for use with the Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX and Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX DR-SE systems and is used to calibrate the optics of these systems
- The calibration kit contains all reagents needed for calibration of these systems
- Calibration is important to ensure that the optical system functions effectively and that different INTELLIFLEX systems report similar results
- Calibrating the INTELLIFLEX System normalizes the settings for classification channels (CL1, CL2, and CL3), the doublet discriminator channel (DD), and the reporter channels (RP1 and RP2)
- Please refer to the INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit package insert for proper use of the INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit.
