It improves the surface of photoelectrode and purify dye solution through flocculation.As an electrolyte additive for lead-acid batteries to effectively inhibit the passivation of electrodes. It helps to slow down cathode sulfation and improve the reversibility of the electrode reaction.To prepare aqueous electrolyte for high energy aluminum electrochemical cells. It helps to form artificial solid electrolyte interphase to attain high specific energy.
