Its properties include high chemical stability, photostability, and high electrochemical coupling coefficient. It is classified as a semiconductor in group II-VI with bond energy of 60 meV, and high thermo-mechanical stability at ambient temperatures.[1][2]
  • Application: ZnO nanopowder can be used for a variety of applications, such as catalysts, optical materials, UV absorbers, gas sensors and cosmetics.[1][2][3][4]
