  • Application: Hexamethyldigermanium (IV) used:To synthesize digermanylated N-heterocycle compounds.[1]For the C–H germylation of nonterminal alkenes and aryl iodides.[2]To synthesize Ge Nanowires, Ge composites with other metals using low pressure chemical vapor deposition(LPCVD).[3]
