  • Tergazyme consists primarily of a homogeneous blend of sodium linear alkylaryl sulfonate, phosphates, carbonates, and protease enzyme
  • Concentrated, biodegradable and disposable Ideal for removal of proteinaceous soils, tissue, blood and body fluids from glassware, metals, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass Replaces corrosive acids and hazardous solvents Free rinsing gives reliable results without interfering residues Dilute 1:100 for typical use (10g in 1L of water) Phosphate Content: 7.5% (as Phosphorus) Use as cleaning agent in Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-Filtration Systems Use to pass cleaning validation tests for lab accreditation and plant inspection approval USDA authorized for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants Used to clean: Medical instruments/devices, dairy equipment, laboratory ware, reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration membranes and units, sampling apparatus, pharmaceutical apparatus, cosmetics manufacturing equipment, tubing, pipes, optical parts, process equipment, industrial parts, desalination plants, tanks and reactors
  • Passes inhibitory residue test for water analysis
  • Used to remove: Soil, grit, grime, blood, tissue, grease, fats, oils, proteinaceous soils, dairy proteins, particulates, solvents and bioreactor residue
  • Surfaces cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber and fiberglass
  • Can be used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc and magnesium if rinsed promptly
  • Cleaning method: Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flow through clean-inplace
  • Will foam—not for spray or machine use
  • Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture
