- A pressure sensitive film that reduces well-to-well contamination and prevents sample evaporation when applied to a microplate It is optically clear for use with real-time PCR applications Each lot is manufactured in an ISO registered facility, making them ideal for use with diagnostic procedures Covers are easy to use, simply peel the backing away from the adhesive film and place on the microplate Use in combination with the MicroAmp Adhesive Film Applicator to apply pressure and form a tight seal between the microplate and the adhesive film This will reduce the possibility of cross-contamination between sample wells and prevent sample evaporation for consistent real-time PCR data
