- General description: The Extract-N-Amp™ Plant PCR Kits are intended for direct PCR (polymerase chain reaction). This kit contains all the reagents necessary to rapidly extract genomic DNA from plant leaves and amplify targets of interest by PCR. It is a novel Extraction Solution that eliminates the need for conventional freezing of plant tissues.
- Application: Extract-N-Amp™ Plant PCR Kit has been used for DNA extraction from fresh mushrooms.[1]
