- The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human Hedgehog Pathway Plate targets genes from the three members of the vertebrate hedgehog (hh) family: Desert hh, Indian hh, and Sonic hh
- Also included are two Patched homologs,Ptc1 and Ptc2; and three homologs of Ci (Cubitus interruptus); Gli1,Gli2 and Gli3
- Genes from two cell-cell signaling pathways which commonly function in association with Hedgehog signaling (WNT and TGFB) are also included
- Other genes involved in signal transduction of the hedgehog signals (MAPK⁄ERK) as well as genes associated with cell differentiation and regulation of development are included.
