• General description: Cellvento® 4CHO-C Cloning Medium supports CHOZN® and CHO cell line development and has been developed to replace hydrolysate containing EX-CELL® CHO Cloning Medium (C6366) at comparable performance. It provides chemically defined media solutions for the entire process from cell line development to production scale.
• Application: Cell Culture, Single Cell Cloning
• Features and Benefits: Developed to meet the needs of the biotechnology industry, this medium is designed for single-cell cloning of recombinant CHO cell lines adapted to serum-free and hydrolysate free suspension culture.

• Components: L-glutamine: no
• Caution: Do not freeze. Protect from light. Several components of the medium are light labile and should not be exposed to light for lenthly periods of time.
• Reconstitution: Aspectically add 10 mL of 200 mM L-glutamine solution per 500 mL of medium prior to use (if applicable).
• Other Notes: The formulation is designed without hydrolysates or components of unknown composition. It contains hypoxanthine and thymidine (HT) but for more selcection flexibility, it does not contain L-glutamine, Methionine sulfoximine (MSC), or Methotrexate (MTX).
