- Prevents dieback of ALS patient-derived (FUS mutant) motor neuron axons in culture, and recovers motor defects in D
- melanogaster expressing FUS mutants
- Suppresses the effects of ALS-associated FUS mutations in vivo in different systems
- Orally bioavailable.
