• CD4 is an approximately 55kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed predominantly on thymocytes and a subset of mature T cells
• In humans, CD4 is also expressed to a lesser extent on monocytes and macrophage related cells
• Recovery of rat CD3+/CD4+ cells from all available CD3+/CD4+ cells loaded ranged between 40% and 50% The purity of recovered cells ranged between 89% and 95%, with less than 2% detec
