• Immunogen: Recombinant His-tagged human SREBP-1a protein encompassing amino acids 301-407.
• Application: Anti-SREBP1 Antibody, clone 2121 is a Mouse Monoclonal Antibody for detection of SREBP1 also known as sterol regulatory element binding transcription factor 1 & has been validated in WB.

• Physical form: 100 μL (1 mg/mL) of protein A purified mouse monoclonal IgG1 in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide.
• Storage and Stability: Stable for 2 years at -20°C from date of shipment. Upon first thaw, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol-containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
