- General description: The tumor oncoproteins HRas, KRas, and NRas are rated as Ras protoncogenes. Point mutations within Ras genes are frequently detected in human malignancies and in experimentally induced tumors in animals.

- Quality: Routinely evaluated by western blot on RIPA lysate from human A431 carcinoma cells, human HFF, Jurkat, Raji, mouse 3T3, CTLL, rat L-6 or PC-12 cell lysates.Western Blot Analysis: 0.05 - 0.5 μg/mL of this lot detected Ras in RIPA lysate from human A431 carcinoma cells. A previous lot detected Ras in human HFF, Jurkat, Raji, mouse 3T3, CTLL, rat L-6 and PC- 12 cell lysates.
