• General description: IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rabbit polyclonal IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary polyclonal anti-rabbit IgGs conjugated to a detectable substrate are useful tools for the immunological analysis of target proteins. Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody is specific for all rabbit IgGs and does not bind to human serum proteins in ELISA.
• Immunogen: Purified rabbit IgG
• Application: Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody can be used in sandwich ELISA (diluted 1:3000 in PBS-0.05% Tween 20) and immunoelectrophoresis. The product can also be used for western blotting applications (at 1:2000 dilutions in mouse liver homogenates , or in mouse embryonic fibroblasts ).
• Other Notes: Antibody adsorbed with human serum proteins.
• Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4 containing 1% bovine serum albumin with preservative.
