Description
- General description: IgG, a monomer, is the predominant antibody circulating in blood which assist in phagocytic destruction of foreign microorganism. Anti-rat IgG (whole molecule)-alkaline phosphatase antibody (diluted 1: 30 000) can be used in rat MPO (myeloperoxidase) ELISA. It may also use as secondary antibody in immunodetection method. Anti-rat IgG (whole molecule)-alkaline phosphatase antibody reacts specifically with all rat immunoglobulins.
- Immunogen: Purified rat IgG.
- Application: Anti-rat IgG (whole molecule)–alkaline phosphatase antibody can be used in ELISA and western blot assays.
- Physical form: Solution in 0.05 M Tris, pH 8.0, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 1 mM MgCl2, 10 mM glycine, 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide.
