Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody, F(ab′)2

Description

• Specificity: Reacts with mouse IgG gamma chain, as well as the light chains from all mouse immunoglobulin classes. Monospecific by IEP against whole mouse serum.
• Immunogen: Highly purified mouse IgG isolated from pooled normal mouse serum.
• Application: Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
• Quality: Pepsin digest shows a single band on IEP at an antigen concentration of 10 mg/mL when run against anti-mouse IgG (H&L) and anti-F(ab′)2. No reaction was observed against anti-rabbit IgG (Fc).
• Physical form: Affinity purified immunoglobulin, F(ab′)2 fragment. Liquid in 0.02 M Phosphate Buffer, 0.25 M NaCl, 0.1% sodium azide.
• Storage and Stability: Store at +2-8°C for up to six months.
