Description
- General description: The Mouse CTACK ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of mouse CTACK in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urine.The CCL27 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 27) gene codes for a T cell skin-homing chemokine and is expressed in epidermal keratinocytes.[1][2] It is also referred to as cutaneous T cell-attracting chemokine (CTACK).[3]
- Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse CTACK
- Application: For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.Please refer to the attached General ELISA KIT Procedure (sandwich, competitive & Indirect ELISA)
- Biochem/physiol Actions: CCL27 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 27) contributes to the progression of inflammatory skin diseases.[2] In animal models, atopic dermatitis is known to increase the CCL27 gene expression. The CCL27 gene is downregulated in cancer. It regulates the enrollment of T cells to inflamed skin.[3]
