- General description: The Mouse IFN-γ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of mouse IFN-γ in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.
- Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse IFN-γ
- Application: For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.Please refer to the attached General ELISA KIT Procedure (sandwich, competitive & Indirect ELISA)
- Biochem/physiol Actions: Interferon γ (IFN-γ) regulates cell differentiation and inflammatory responses. It stimulates the expression of apoptotic mediators. IFN-γ is associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It reduces the differentiation of T helper (Th) 17 cells and osteoclasts.[2] IFN-γ has immunomodulatory and antiviral activity. It is associated with autoimmune pathology. IFN-γ provides protection against tumor development.[3]
