- Application: Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor α ELISA Kit has been used in measuring TNF-αin MC3T3-E1 murine preosteoblastic calvarial cell lines,[2] rat serum,[3] mice liver[4] and kidney samples.[5]
- Biochem/physiol Actions: Tumor Necrosis Factor α (TNF-α) elicits inflammatory and immuno-regulatory functionality. It mediates its effects via its receptors TNFR1 and TNFR2.[6]
