- Application: SPB®-1000 Capillary GC Column equipped with a flame ionization detector, was used for separation of flavor compounds, in an experiment conducted to study the effect of probiotic bacteria on fermented milk products, resulting in the formation of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), microbial growth, and organoleptic attributes like acidity, texture, and flavour.[2]
