  • General description: Vial inserts for 1.5 mL large opening vials [volume 0.1 mL, clear glass conical (with bottom spring)] allow the use of smaller sample volumes with standard autosampler vials. Inserts are generally chosen based on the inner diameter of the vial neck. Large opening vials (6.0 mm ID) require a 6 mm OD insert.
