  • Application: Phenylalanine Ammonia Lyase Activity Research: A study investigated the mutase-like activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase from Anabaena variabilis, demonstrating the utility of buffer concentrate in biochemical assays to stabilize enzyme activity during the research (Weise et al., 2018).Studying Amyloid Precursor Protein: A study used buffer concentrate for experiments involving the amyloid precursor protein C-terminal fragment C100, noting its importance in maintaining the stability of protein conformations during interactions with γ-secretase modulators (Botev et al., 2011).
