It is used to enhance the ionic conductivity of electrolyte and widens the electrochemical stability window of the battery.As a precursor to prepare solid polymer electrolytes and gel polymer electrolytes via solution casting by method.As a co-catalyst to prepare Poly(p-phenylenediamine) and their derivatives. These conductive polymers are used in sensors and organic photovoltaic cells.A dopant in the preparation of flexible poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)/polyethyl methacrylate ammonium triflate (PVDf-HFP/PEMA-NH4CF3SO3)polymer electrolyte films.A cathode additive in proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells to increase the local oxygen concentration near the Pt catalyst, which enhances single-cell performance.
