  • General description: Lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate is a class of electrolytic materials that can be used in the fabrication of lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries consist of anode, cathode, and electrolyte with a charge-discharge cycle. These materials enable the formation of greener and sustainable batteries for electrical energy storage.[1][2][3][4]
  • Application: LiOTf can be used for a variety of applications such as:a polymeric layer for light-emitting electrochemical cells[5] an electrolyte for lithium-ion batteries[6] a recyclable catalyst for acetylation of alcohols and diacetylation of aldehydes[7]a separator for supercapacitors[8]
