This mixture was derived from bovine fetuin via the action of PNGase F.[1]
• Application: Oligosaccharide System Suitability Mixture D reference standard for use in specified quality tests and assays. Also used to prepare AB-labeled standard solutions for liquid chromatographic separation. [1]Additionally, used to separate sialylated bi- and tri-antennary complex N-linked Oligosaccharides with an additional sialic acid on one of the tri-antennary structures. [1]
