• General description: Methocarbamol is drug, which is widely used as a skeletal muscle relaxant.[1] It is also used in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, generally associated with painful muscle spasms, cramps, and dislocations.[2]
• Application: Methocarbamol may be used as a secondary pharma standard for the quantification of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations[3][1] using liquid chromatography technique[3][1] and spectrophotometric technique.[3]
